He is the pioneer and the founding partner of the Firm. He has a rich experience of working with a listed public company for about 2 years. He possesses expertise in dealing with banks & other financial institutions .He has good corporate relations with PSUs and Banks. He holds expert knowledge in the fields of Corporate Law and Direct & Indirect Taxation.

He is a commerce graduate and having a degree of LL.B. He is simple and hard working professional; He is a versatile Entrepreneur and has an invaluable experience as a professional in the field of Taxation and finance with over 10 years of Corporate Taxation. He is the head of our Patna office .He has in-depth knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation .He is having good working relations with government departments. He is an expertise in taxation in handling the tax issues of our major clients of Patna & nearby areas.

He is the partner heading the Kolkata Office of the Firm. He has versatile knowledge and experience dealing in the dynamic external as well as internal environment. He holds a rich experience of working as Company Secretary in a listed company for a period of two hand a half years after then he is continuing as a Practicing Member and had earned a lot of experience in corporate ,legal & secretarial field.

He is a qualified Company Secretary and a Law Graduate from Banaras Hindu University. He is associated with us on Part Time basis rendering his services in ensuring the legal compliances of the clients in true letter and spirit.

She is a qualified Company Secretary and is associated with us as a co – member and contributing in complying with the legal and taxation issues of the clients.

He is a qualified Company Secretary handling Tax & legal issues of the clients in Ranchi & Patna. He is particularly in charge of legal, secretarial & Taxation issues of the clients of our Patna office.

Surabhi Jain is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi and an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed her Apprenticeship training from the firm and is now working with us. She has the responsibility of handling Company Law, Legal, Secretarial, TDS & Labour law matters.

Avika Anil is a qualified Company Secretary and a Commerce Graduate from Veer Kunwar Singh University, Arrah. She has completed her Apprenticeship training from the firm and is now working with us. She has the responsibility of handling Direct & Indirect Tax related work, Company Law, Secretarial & Labour law matters.

He is actively looking after the affairs of the Kolkata basis on full time basis.

He is the Accounts head & Office Incharge of our Ranchi Office handling accounts of the major clients of Ranchi & other areas. He usually has a variety of administrative tasks related to the firm’s operations. He also performs financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording, analysis and presentation of financial data.

She is a commerce graduate from Marwari College, Ranchi and a student of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, pursuing the Professional Programme. She is pursuing her Apprenticeship training from the firm.

She is a commerce graduate from Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata and the student of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, pursuing the Professional Programme. She is also pursuing her Apprenticeship training from the firm.
